2. Free-to-Play

Our games are free to play. Optional in-app purchases or advertisements may be included. Purchases are handled by the platform provider (such as Google Play).

3. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in harmful, illegal, or disruptive activities within our games or services, including but not limited to:

• Cheating, exploiting bugs, or reverse-engineering game code.
• Harassment, offensive behavior, or abusive communication.
• Interfering with servers, networks, or other users.

4. Accounts & User Content

If certain features require an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your login details. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us permission to use it within our services.

5. Purchases & Payments

In-app purchases are final and governed by the policies of the app store. We do not handle or store payment information.

6. Ads & Third-Party Services

Our games may use third-party services such as:

• Google Play Services
• AdMob
• Unity

These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All game assets, artwork, names, and code are property of VRSoft unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our games at any time if you violate these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our games are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, VRSoft is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the games.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims or damages arising from your misuse of the services or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our games after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
